Return & Refund Policy

At junovit.com, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws. Please read the following policy carefully, especially as it applies to dietary supplements.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

If you purchase a product as a consumer (not a business), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly by email at info@junovit.com within the 14-day period.

However, due to health and hygiene considerations, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products. If a product has been opened or the seal has been broken, we cannot accept it for return or refund. Unless, there is a direct issue with the product quality and/or packaging itself.

How to Return an Item

To return a product, please contact us first at info@junovit.com to receive instructions. You will need to return the product to us in its original packaging and condition, within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds will include the original product price and standard shipping cost (if applicable), but not any additional express delivery charges. If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or unsealed dietary supplements

  • Products returned more than 14 days after delivery without prior notice

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
