Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website junovit.com and all purchases made through it. By placing an order and checking the confirmation box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Products

Junovit sells dietary supplements intended for adult use. Product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions are provided on each product page. Dietary supplements are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. Orders and Purchases

  • Only single (one-time) purchases are offered. No subscriptions or recurring orders.
  • By placing an order and checking the confirmation box at checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products and agree to these Terms.
  • A contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and displayed before order confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and the Maksekeskus platform. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform https://makecommerce.lv/; accordingly, personal data required to complete the payment is transferred to the platform owner, Maksekeskus AS.

6. Shipping

Delivery terms, costs, and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return, refund, and withdrawal rights are described in our Refund and Returns Policy. In accordance with Latvian and EU consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Please note that opened or unsealed dietary supplements may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene and health protection reasons, as permitted under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

8. Guest Checkout

Junovit operates on a guest-checkout basis. Customer accounts are not created or maintained on the site. Order confirmations and communication are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

9. Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions specified.
  • Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on junovit.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and trademarks — is the property of SIA Cerebro Matter or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA Cerebro Matter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Latvia. Consumers may also submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC): https://www.ptac.gov.lv.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that purchase. The current version is always published at junovit.com/terms-and-conditions.
